As a mixed-use business incubator catering to startup and early stage companies, the Innovation Center offers office and laboratory space as well as meeting and training rooms. Shared office space is also available.

The Innovation Center provides the following amenities:

  • High-speed fiber optic internet

  • Brainstorming tools & white boards

Client leases are negotiated between the Innovation Center Director and the tenant/client, subject to approval by the Whitewater Community Development Authority. Clients also have access to training and meeting space.
