WEDC Awards $700,000 in Grants to Support Local Efforts to Provide Seed Funding for Startups

The Whitewater Community Development Authority (CDA) has received a $75,000 grant for a seed fund to increase the number of startups in the city and to support emerging growth companies.

The lot at the intersection of Universal Boulveard and Technology drive will be re-zoned M1-Manufacturing. A developer plans to build a 40,000 square foot, single story warehouse on the lot.
