The 130-acre park was designed with expansion, relocation and business needs in mind. A 35-acre parcel of the technology park is "Certified in Wisconsin" and is a development-ready site that has been reviewed and approved by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC). There are 12 building sites ready for construction with all utilities included and state-of-the-art technology infrastructure in place. The Whitewater University Technology Park Board of Directors oversees the development of the technology park.
Whitewater is approximately 50 miles from Madison and Milwaukee and just 80 miles from Chicago. Interstates 43, 90, and 94 are located just minutes from US Highway 12 and State Highway 59 and 89.
